The child of military parents, Elissa has lived all over but settled down in Michigan. She graduated from Western Michigan University in 2007 majoring in Public Law and minoring in History. She moved to Mount Pleasant and started working at Gray, Sowle, Iacco & Richards P.C. in 2009. She lives with her husband, Matt and two sons. In the summer she enjoys vacationing at Higgins lake and kayaking at her home in Weidman. In the winter she plays darts and is almost at master status.
