Erica is a 1997 graduate of Sacred Hearth Academy in Mt. Pleasant. After high school she joined the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of her time in the Marines she returned to Michigan, where she attended Baker College in the Paralegal Studies program. Erica joined Gray, Sowle, Iacco & Richards P.C. in 2018. She lives in Mt. Pleasant with her husband Luke and children.
