Izak is originally from a small Illinois town outside of Saint Louis, Missouri. He moved to Michigan to attend law school at Michigan State University and was admitted to the Bar in 2013.

Izak has served the Mid-Michigan legal community since 2014. He lives in Clare, where he enjoys jogging, coaching his two daughters, and date nights with his wife, Liz.
