Gray, Sowle, Iacco, & Richards, P.C. has developed the following plan pursuant to Executive Order No. 2020-97 (COVID -19).

GSIR will provide training for its employees covering:
Workplace infection/control practices.
Proper use of personal protective equipment
Steps employee must take to notify the business or operation of any symptoms of COVID-19 or suspected or confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19.
How to report unsafe working conditions.
All individuals entering the building are required to complete a Coronavirus Disease Workplace Health Screening questionnaire. Based on their responses to these questions admittance to the building may be denied.
All individuals on the worksite should remain at least 6 feet from one another to the maximum extent possible.
GSIR will provide non-medical grade face coverings to employees.
Face coverings should be worn by employees when they cannot consistently maintain 6 feet of separation from individuals in the workplace.
Facility cleaning and disinfection has been increased to help limit the exposure to COVID-19.
In the event of a positive COVID-19 case in the workplace, GSIR has adopted protocols to clean and disinfect the facility.
GSIR has made cleaning supplies available to employees and time for employees to wash hands frequently or to use hand sanitizer.
If a GSIR employees has been identified with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within 24-hours we will notify both:
The local public health department;
Any coworkers, contractors, or suppliers who may have come into contact with the person with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
Employees with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 will only be allowed to return to the workplace after they are no longer infectious according to the latest guidelines to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
GSIR will follow executive order 2020-36 and any executive orders that follow it, that prohibit discharge and common disciplining, or otherwise retaliating against employees who stay home or leave work when they are at a particular risk of infecting others with COVID-19.
GSIR has established a response plan for dealing with a confirmed infection in the workplace including protocols for sending employees home and for temporary closures of all or part of the worksite to allow for deep cleaning.
GSIR is restricting business travel for employees to only essential travel.
Employees are encouraged to use the personal protective equipment and hand sanitizer provided.
Working remote is still encouraged to the fullest extent possible.
Employees should avoid congestion at all entry points to the building. If necessary, employees can stagger start times to do so.
Face coverings should be worn in shared spaces by employees and visitors. This includes in-person meetings, restrooms, and hallways. Individual bathrooms may be assigned to each GSIR employee to help reduce exposure.
GSIR has taken steps to ensure employee workspaces are properly spread out or appropriately separated by physical barriers. In addition, all common space should be limited as follows:
Limit of no more than 1 individual at a time in the kitchen area;
Limit of no more than 3 individuals at a time in the conference room;
Limit of no more than 3 individuals at a time in the lobby.
GSIR will limit gatherings and meetings that do not allow for social distancing where they create unnecessary movement through the office.
GSIR will provide disinfecting supplies to its employees and recommend that they wipe down their workstation at least twice daily.
High touch surfaces in the office (e.g. restrooms, kitchen, appliances, countertops, handles, should be disinfected and cleaned regularly.)
Employees should minimize shared items when possible (e.g. pens, phones, staplers, and other desk tools.
GSIR will notify its employees if they learn that an individual (including a customer, supplier, or visitor) with a confirmed case of COVID-19 has visited the office.
GSIR will limit all meetings to only essential individuals. Clients/Prospective clients should attend meetings alone whenever possible. Family and friends will be asked to remain in their vehicles. All nonessential visitors will not be allowed in the building.
